Organisation and performance

The role of the Department for Organisation and Performance is to administer, manage and ensure the day to day running of the different departments of the CCI.

It is essentially the back office of the CCI Quimper and is responsible for:

			Ensuring the collection and management of revenue, as well as the implementation and control of expenditure, within the budgetary framework approved by the elected members
			Organising the day-to-day running of internal departments, but also the operation of the Consular Institute through the elected members
			Co-ordinating and conducting a guaranteed quality programme within the CCI
