Business Training
Business Training can be summarised under three main headings:
promoting, strengthening and improving employees' qualities and
skills.

Continuing professional education
To put together and run training courses for businesses or groups
of businesses which are tailored to their specific needs (technical,
tertiary, languages, tourism and leisure).

The aim of this body is to train people to take
over existing businesses and is based on the principle of
in-house training. This training method is followed out in
several parts of France, including Brittany, where trainees
in Quimper undertake a 70 day course spread over 15 months.

This training and advisory programme is aimed
at heads of family businesses in south Finistère and
Morbihan. It is staged in partnership with the Banque Populaire
Bretagne Atlantique and consists of 21 training days and 4
advisory days spread over 9 months. |

The 'Certificat d'Aptitude à l'Administration
des Entreprises' is a Level 1 diploma (further degree) which
is awarded by a university. It is aimed at executives who
wish to broaden their knowledge and skills and takes place
on 62 days spread over 2 years. |
