Sailing

The 399 km of coastline from the Bay of Douarnenez to Le Pouldu boasts no less than 178 beaches, more than 20 water sports centres and 5 yacht marinas where visitors can enjoy boating, windsurfing, body-boarding, rowing, canoeing, diving, sailboarding and take a boat trip along the coast or on the high seas to the Ile de Sein or the Glénan Isles. Numerous sea and river trips are available with departures from the main harbours, so visitors can enter fully into the maritime spirit of the area.
